Does your Realtor answer your questions honestly and in a reasonable amount of time? Do they seem to have a personal agenda? Do they make you feel welcomed? If you have any doubts, do not sign that contract. Buying, selling, or renting is not an everyday thing for many people, so do not feel like you are just another client on another day. Your questions are valid and should be heard and answered without making you feel that you are a bother, or unreasonable.
Do not take anyone's verbal approval either. You should always read everything before signing anything. If there is a misunderstanding, ask. Contracts are lengthy, but always take the time to read and ask questions.
